Tell us what
we got wrong.
The most useful message you can send us is a correction. Prices move, listings change and citations break — if a figure on this site does not match the vendor’s page, we want the URL and the field.
One address, no form
There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting more about you than we want to hold. Email works:
We aim to answer within three business days. Corrections that affect a published figure are prioritised over everything else, because a wrong price is the one failure that makes the whole index worthless.

The things we act on fastest
Anything is welcome, but these get handled quickly because they are actionable:
Price and data corrections
Send the page URL, the field that is wrong (price, vial size, COA link, shipping origin, payment methods, discount code) and the vendor listing you are comparing against. We check it against the vendor's page and correct it. Confirmed corrections advance that page's checked date.
Vendor and listing enquiries
Vendors: to be indexed, send your product URLs with published prices, stated peptide content per vial, and any certificates of analysis. Affiliate terms are a separate conversation and do not affect whether or where you are listed.
Privacy and takedown
Data access, correction, deletion or opt-out requests under the GDPR, CCPA or comparable law. Also copyright, trademark and document takedown notices — include the specific URL, the material at issue, and the basis of your claim.
For methodology questions — why a row ranks where it does, why a spray sits outside the ranking, how a testing flag was earned — the rules are written out on the methodology page first. If the answer is not there, ask and we will either explain it or fix the page.
Press and research enquiries are welcome. We will explain how any figure on this site was produced, and say plainly what we do not know.
Worth reading before you write
Some messages we cannot usefully answer, and it saves your time to know which:
- Anything about an order
- We are not a vendor. We hold no inventory, take no orders and process no payments. We cannot look up, change, cancel, track, refund or replace an order — we have no access to any vendor's systems. Contact the vendor you bought from directly.
- Dosing and human use
- We publish no dosing, protocols, administration routes or human-use guidance for any compound, and will not supply them by email. Everything indexed here is research-use-only laboratory material.
- Medical or veterinary questions
- We are not clinicians and give no medical, veterinary or clinical advice. Speak to a qualified professional.
- Paid rankings
- Position in a ledger is arithmetic on published price and vial size, and is not for sale at any price. Offers to buy one are declined without exception.

How we handle what you send
We read everything. We hold your message and email address for as long as it takes to deal with the matter and to keep a record of any correction it produced, and no longer — the details are in the privacy policy.
If you send us a correction and we act on it, we will tell you what changed. If we cannot reproduce the problem we will tell you that too, and show you the figure we are seeing so you can point at where we diverge.
